
Mindy Frisbee
Director of Development
Mindy Frisbee is the Director of Development at the Center for Humane Technology where she leads CHT’s partnerships, funding, and growth strategies. Prior to joining CHT, Mindy served as the Managing Director of Partnership Development at the Partnership on AI, where she led the organizations business development and partnership effort focused on bringing multistakeholders across the AI landscape together around best-practices in responsible AI.
Throughout Mindy’s career she has held leadership positions at various international education technology non-profits such as InnovateEDU and the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) where she led system change, research, strategy, growth and development priorities. Early on in her career Mindy worked in research, leading national education technology research projects focused on reading and mathematics in digital environments.
Mindy is a proven strategic leader with over 15 years of experience in technology and systems change, with expertise in partnerships, business development, research, technology policy and trends, and product strategy. Mindy lives in Oregon with her family and has a Masters in Educational Measurement, Policy, and Leadership, and a Bachelors in Ethnic Studies, from the University of Oregon.
