AJ is the Lead Writer at Center for Humane Technology. In her role, she shapes written communications, narrative strategy, and thought leadership from within the policy team.
AJ is known for translating complex tech and policy issues into accessible narratives that empower the public. Throughout her professional writing career, AJ has maintained a keen interest in how technology transforms our social, cultural, and emotional systems, and she is passionate about articulating these transformations to the world. AJ believes that narratives that clarify how tech impacts our lives are an essential part of unlocking a better future.
In addition to her work at CHT, AJ is a screenwriter, and has set up projects at 20th Century Fox, CBS TV Studios, and A+E Studios. AJ graduated from New York University with a degree in Philosophy, and began her career in journalism. Based in Los Angeles, AJ is an avid dancer and always carries a black pen with her.
